HEMA has a wide range of orange peel grapples, both small and large models.
We have many variations of arms and arm-tip-types that are offered individually.
The orange peel grapples are also delivered as electric hydraulic, usually used on stationary cranes on incinerator plants and similar.
The orange peel grapples can be mounted with a rotator and links according to customer specifications.

The orange peel grapple is designed for a working pressure between 170 – 200 bar, making it suitable for almost all types of cranes. Max. pressure 200 bar.
The orange peel grapple is suitable for handling light weight scrap and similar materials.
All HEMA orange peel grapples are standard fitted with stops on the grapple arms, as well as grease nipple bolts.
There are replaceable bushings and bearings in all pivot joints.
All HEMA orange peel grapples can be delivered with different blade widths on the arms.
Individual adjustment of links.
HEMA also supplies electric hydraulic and wire grapples by order.

PA 320/6
HEMA orange peel grapple PA 320/6 is a specially designed grapple which distinguishes itself as it can be “wrapped” around the crane arm, which optimizes the use of the load.
PA 320/6 is sturdy and solid and designed for use in handling scrap and other demanding and nonmarketable materials.
Despite its compactness, it is still a grapple with good volume and great opening measurements.
The orange peel grapple is designed for a working pressure between 200 – 280 bar, making it applicable to almost all types of auto cranes.
The orange peel grapple is suitable for handling scrap and other demanding materials.
All of the HEMA orange peel grapples are fitted as standard with powerful stops and lubrication on all moving parts.
There are replaceable bushings and bearings in all moving points.

The P400 / 6 is available with cylinder protection.
All HEMA orange peel grapples are standard fitted with powerful stops on the grapple arms, as well as grease nipples on the bolts.
There are replaceable bushings and bearings in all pivot joints.
