Pallet Fork
The HEMA pallet fork is a rational piece of crane equipment with many different applications for the transport industry.
The pallets are delivered as standard – 1 -2 or 3 ton – with different fork types.
As a supplement to our standard products, many custom designs are also delivered according to customer specifications.

The HEMA pallet fork is a rational piece of crane equipment with many different applications for the transport industry.
The pallets are delivered as standard – 1- 2 or 3 ton – with different fork types.
As a supplement to our standard products, many custom designs are also delivered according to customer specifications.
The pallet fork type 22-3 MS and 23-3MS has a maximum SWL on respectively 2 and 3 ton, which reduced SWL vales on special settings.
The HEMA pallet forks are all delivered with an adjustable clearance height and spring locks, that are adjustable in width. The possibility of a low clearance height makes is easier to handle pallets close to the crane.
There are 3 lifting points making the pallet forks applicable for e.g. EUR pallets and brick pallets when the correct balance point is found.
The HEMA pallet fork is delivered with a suspension for hooks or rotators.
Forklift pockets for pallet forks:
The pallet forks can be mounted with forklift pockets, making it easier to move the pallet forks up or down from the truck. The forklift pockets are easily retrofitted to both the 2 and 3 ton pallets.
The forklift pockets protect against damage on the load hanger and reduce the risk of losing and damaging the pallet forks.
Lifting stop for the pallet forks:
The pallet forks can be mounted with lifting stops for the highest lifting point, giving an easier placement of the lifting brackets when handling pallets with center load points suitable for the lifting point 2 on the pallet fork.

Telescopic tube for insulation
The TIPG models are mounted with a telescope providing extra clearance height of 2700 mm, making it useful when handling insulation pallets and other high pallets with a weight of max. 530 kg.

Pallet Fork
HEMA 2 and 3 ton pallet forks with clamp links are supplied with adjustable clearance height and spring locks which are adjustable in width.
With the clamp link you can easily and accurately find the correct lifting point.
The pallet fork is equipped with a stop plate, ensuring proper handling of the pallet fork.
The HEMA pallet fork PGKL can be delivered with a telescopic tube for handling insulation pallets.
The HEMA pallet fork is delivered with link for hooks or rotators.

Pallet Fork
The HEMA Pallet hook is intended for handling of among other things, pallets with frames and board packs.
The pallet hook facilitates and streamlines with handling of board packs, which often can be difficult and time consuming when done with straps that are placed underneath and through the pallets and the board packs.
The handling of the cargo will be more secure with minimal risk of damaging the goods, as the straps can clamp the pallet frames and board packs.
The pallet fork is designed so that it can easily be mounted with chains directly in the crane hook, making it easily manageable.

HEMA QUICK LINK
HEMA QUICK Link differs from the well-known mounted links, as it can be detached from the pallet fork without manual operation.
By using the rotator, the link can be removed and attached to the pallet fork.
Thus, the driver can avoid the many trips back and forth on the truck-bed and the risk it entails.
HEMA QUICK Links, fits the HEMA pallet forks with the standard lifting bracket.
