Combi Grapples
The HEMA Combi Grapple is a universal tool with many applications methods.
Mounted with removable side plates, the grapple functions as a standard grapple.
Without the side panels, the grapple is well-suited for handling cobblestones, branches, garbage and other obsolete products.
The horizontal and well-protected cylinder provides an extra low construction height, high closing force and quick opening time. The cylinder is adjustable to compensate for wear on the blades.
The placement of the blades also makes it easy to move steel driving plates.
The combi grapple comes in different sizes from 2 series and can be mounted with a rotator and customized suspension according to customer specifications.

The S-series is HEMA’s new grapple designed for truck operators and contractors. The series is designed to be used where demands are high for the grapple’s strength in terms of digging and breaking ability.
The grapple series is delivered with removeable side plates, individual mounting of link, and as standard with a centered hook suspension underneath the top.
The HEMA grapple opens so that the blades are fully vertical, enabling it to grab all the way to the car’s sides.

The S-series has very powerful bolts and bushings in all the moving points, causing high durability and longevity.
The main bolts are spaced apart to achieve stability between the grapple shells.
The S-series grapples are delivered with a pressure relief valve, preset to 200 bar and an adjustable cylinder as on previous models, with the option to compensate for any, possible wear on the cutters.

The Combi grapple is designed for a working pressure of 170 – 200 bar, making it applicable to almost all types of truck cranes.
The HEMA Combi Grapple is mounted on a service and maintenance-friendly hydraulic top, with the possibility to easily change the tool.

MINI GRAPPLE
MODEL TIZMAR SERIES BOA
The mini grapples are designed for a working pressure of 180-200 bar, making them suitable for almost all truck cranes and mini excavators.
The grapple’s low weight and low height, makes it perfect to be mounted on smaller cranes and mini excavators that often have relatively low lifting height.
The mini-grapple is prepared for mounting by suspension or rotator with mounting flanges 140x140xø17, making it easy to mount suspension and rotators with standard adapters.
The mini-grapple is a supplement to HEMA’s standard program, which is mainly targeted towards the heavier sector within the transport and contractor industry, to meet the great demand for smaller and lighter tools for smaller cranes.

The grapple is delivered with individual adjustment of bolt-mounted suspension for a rotator with a shaft.

Extra equipment for CGS
S-Series Steel driving plate Rails
HEMA’s s-series combi grapple can be mounted with rails for handling steel driving plates. Together with the driving plate rails, counter-valves are installed for safe handling.
The HEMA drive plate rails can easily be mounted on the Combi Grapple with 4 bolts in the end reinforcement and can be carried in the truck’s toolbox.
With these rails, the handling of steel driving plates is easier and safer than just handling them with the grapple blades.
S-Series Asphalt Sides
The s-series can be delivered with easily detachable asphalt sides, that allow for an easier access to shovel, both in and out of the grapple.
