Bulk Grapple
HEMA bulk grapple can be used for many sorts of things, including handling of grain and feed, salt, chips and beets.
The grapples are built individually in collaboration with the customer.
The grapples are adapted to suit the material they are going to handle as well as the machine or crane which they are to be mounted on.
Over the years we have developed many special solutions for our customers, which has led us to have a lot of experience and expertise in continuing to offer and develop these products.

The bulk grapple is designed for a working pressure between 200-330 bar, which makes it suitable for many of the larger excavators, mobile cranes and bulk cranes. The bulk grapple is suitable for the handling of different materials, such as salt, grain, chips, fertilizer etc., by simply selecting the appropriate shells.
The shells are available in different materials, including stainless steel.
The bulk grapple is mounted with strong bolts.
There are replaceable bushings and guide bearings in all moving joints.
It offers individual adjustment of link, with or without swivel joints.
We also offer other models which are delivered according to request, such as electric hydraulic.
