Waste Grapples
HEMA waste grapple is used for handling branch and wood waste, building wood waste and bulky waste.
The grapples are available in different sizes and can be mounted with rotator and customized suspension according to customer specifications.

The waste grapples are designed for a working pressure of 200-350 bar, making them applicable for almost all types of cranes and excavators.
The S-series is HEMA’s strong grapple for truck cranes and contractors, designed for applications where there are high demands for grapple strength.
The S-waste grapple is used for handling bulky waste and branch waste.
The S-series is equipped with very powerful bolts and bushings at all moving points, which entails high wearability and durability.
The main bolts are spaced wide apart to achieve great stability between the grapple and the grapple shells.
The S-series comes with a pressure reduction valve and a 200 bar cylinder that is adjustable in stroke length as in previous models, with the ability to compensate for any potential wear.
The S-waste can be delivered with other shell dimensions.

The grapple is designed for a working pressure of 170-200 bar, making it applicable for almost all types of cranes. Max. pressure 200 bar.
The horizontal and well-protected cylinder provides an extra low construction height, large closing force and quick opening. The cylinder is adjustable as compensation for wear.

This waste grapple is designed for a working pressure of 200-320 bar, making it applicable to almost all types of excavators.
The HEMA waste grapple is mounted on a service and maintenance-friendly hydraulic top, with lubricating bushings in all the moving points and a cylinder that is adjustable in stroke length.
Aside from the standard model, the waste grapple is delivered with individual teeth adjustment in terms of design and quantity, depending on what materials and tasks the grapple is going to be used for.
The standard models come with fixed blades but can be delivered with bolt-on blades or completely without.
The X-grapples opens, so the arms are vertical, making it easier to get into the often difficult mass, such as garbage, garden waste and branches.
For the assembly of machine fitting there are bolt holes in the top plate and if needed a welding plate can be supplied, which can be welded directly onto the fasteners.
The X-waste grapple can be delivered with different dimensions.
